How does the work start?
With a short audit: we look at the processes, the data and the existing systems, then return with the tasks where automation gives a measurable effect. Then we take one of them into a pilot.
How long does a pilot take?
Usually a few weeks. A pilot closes one specific process and has a clear success criterion agreed before the start. If the result is not reached, that is an answer too — obtained cheaply.
Can AI be integrated into an existing ERP or CRM?
Yes. We work through the exchange contracts that already exist: REST, OAuth, message queues, webhooks. Integrations are added on top of the system, without rewriting the accounting core.
Can an old system be replaced without stopping the business?
Yes — through staged migration behind feature flags: new code ships in parts, critical paths are covered by tests, and any change can be switched off instantly.
How do you use AI in your own development?
AI agents work in our development every day under clear rules: each project has its own agent settings, tasks come as written specifications, every change is checked automatically against real examples, AI model costs are tracked, and separate safeguards keep passwords and access keys out of the agents' reach. A person decides what goes into the live code.
What about support after launch?
We provide production support: failure monitoring, updates, protection against attacks and further development within an agreed budget of hours. The infrastructure and the code stay yours.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients from other cities?
The founder works from Uzhhorod; the team works from Kyiv and remotely across Ukraine. The work is remote, so the client's city does not matter: we take projects from Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro and from abroad — EU countries, including neighbouring Slovakia and Hungary. When it helps, we meet in person in Uzhhorod or Kyiv.
