Integrations

ERP, CRM, WMS and payment system integration

We connect accounting, warehouse, CRM, storefront, payments and delivery so that data moves between them on its own, with retries, logs and failure monitoring.

What we integrate

Systems that need to see the same data

The pain is usually the same: storefront stock does not match the warehouse, leads get lost between the form and the CRM, payments are reconciled by hand. This is what we connect.

ERP, accounting and warehouse

Products, prices, stock and orders between the accounting system, the warehouse and the storefront. Exchange runs through queues, so an order peak does not lose messages.

  • ERP and warehouse over RabbitMQ
  • WMS: reservations, shipments, statuses
  • Staged rollout without stopping accounting

CRM and leads

Customers, orders and leads reach the CRM without manual copying, and statuses flow back to wherever a manager or a customer sees them.

  • REST APIs
  • OAuth authorisation
  • Webhooks on status changes
  • Form leads into the CRM with UTM source tags

Payments and instalments

Payment, confirmation and refunds stay in sync with the order. Money paths are covered by tests, because a mistake here costs the most.

  • Bank acquiring and instalments
  • LiqPay, Stripe
  • Tests on the money paths

Delivery

Shipments are created from the order, and the carrier's statuses and tracking come back automatically.

  • Carrier APIs, including Nova Poshta
  • Delivery status inside the order

External services

Google, Apple and Telegram services that neither a website nor a store-published mobile app can do without.

  • Google and Apple
  • Telegram bots
  • Telegram notifications
  • Third-party webhooks

AI and external data

We plug AI models and external data sources into the workflow: the result goes back into your system.

  • Azure AI inside a clinical workflow
  • Anthropic / OpenAI APIs
  • Exchange and open APIs into a data store

Reliability

How we keep exchanges predictable

Four habits that keep an integration running in production.

1

Exchange map

We write down which data goes where, how often, and which system owns each field. Without it an integration becomes an argument between two systems about whose data is right.

2

Queues and retries

Exchange runs through message queues and webhooks. A partner outage does not lose data: the message waits and is retried, and a retry does not create a duplicate.

3

Logs and monitoring

Every exchange is logged: data sent, data received and errors. A monitoring alert tells us about a failure.

4

Access security

OAuth, a separate key per integration, secrets kept out of the code, and public exchange endpoints protected against attacks.

E-commerce

Integration layer of a commerce platform

A platform with 800 thousand catalogue items and 300–400 thousand users a month. ERP and warehouse exchange data over RabbitMQ, CRM over REST and OAuth, plus WMS, carriers and payments with bank acquiring and instalments: around 40 recurring data exchanges. Security layers against attacks and intrusions cover the platform and its integrations.

AI image analysis inside a clinical workflow

Patient images from a Django platform go to Azure AI for analysis, and the result returns into the clinical workflow — with access control over sensitive medical data.

Exchange and open APIs into a data store

Four exchange APIs stream into TimescaleDB. More than 100 sources — websites, open APIs and Telegram — go through normalisation, deduplication and failure monitoring.

Questions

Integrations in short

Do we have to replace our ERP or CRM to integrate it?

No. We work with what the system already supports: APIs, webhooks or message queues. The accounting core is not rewritten — the integration is added alongside it.

What happens when one of the systems is down?

The message waits in the queue and is retried when the system comes back. A failure shows up in monitoring, so an order does not get lost silently.

Which systems have you worked with?

ERP and warehouse over RabbitMQ, CRM over REST and OAuth, WMS, bank acquiring and instalments, LiqPay, Stripe, Nova Poshta, Google, Apple and Telegram services, Azure AI. If your system is not on the list but has an API, that is usually a solvable job.

Can AI be added to an existing ERP or CRM?

Yes. An AI agent works through the same integrations: it reads data from the system, does its part — classification, drafting a document, an answer — and writes the result back.

Where do we start?

With an exchange map: which systems, which data and where the friction is right now. Then one exchange goes into a pilot — for example, storefront orders into accounting — and we take it to production with monitoring.

Who maintains the integration after launch?

We can: we monitor failures, update the exchanges when partner APIs change and extend them within an agreed hour budget. The code and the access stay with you.
